Google Inc. offers a more wide-range view of the Moon. This view is available 40 years after humans first landed in the moon.
Google Earth will add a guided moon tour which will be accompanied by astronauts Buzz Aldrin and Jack Schmitt, a pilot on the later Apollo 17 mission, to commemorate Monday’s anniversary of the first steps of the Apollo 11 crew’s on the lunar surface.
Google Earth will also offer panoramic images shot by the Apollo astronauts, new video footage and several other features. These features are available with the Google Earth 5.0 download.
